Intel unlikely to enter the mobile workstation dGPU market

Nvidia retains its dominant position in a niche.

Intel’s Arc graphics AIBs are gaining traction in desktops, with new Pro B50 and B60 models debuting at Computex. However, the Arc B-series hasn’t expanded to laptops. Instead, Intel focuses on Core Ultra 200H processors with integrated Arc graphics, targeting thin-and-light mobile workstations. These chips can handle many entry-level tasks, but discrete GPUs are still needed for heavier workloads.
